Founded in 2012 upon the experience and reputation of Tina Adams, PE, Casso Consulting’s services benefit multi-discipline transportation and infrastructure improvement projects. With over 25 years of experience, Tina is a recognized leader of project teams in delivering complex projects from the initial programming phase through alternatives evaluation, permitting, public involvement, final design, bidding and construction. Chris Higgins, PE joined Casso Consulting as a co-owner in 2019 and brings over 25 years of experience in water resources and stormwater engineering in support of infrastructure projects in the Pacific Northwest.
