Liz Lazaro

Liz is a Civil Designer with 5 years of experience most recently doing utility coordination, erosion control, and stormwater design in support of transportation projects.  She also worked as a field engineer on a large construction project in Florida and brings a practical understanding of constructability to her coordination and design work.  Liz has worked on projects with ODOT, the City of Portland, TriMet, and Multnomah County while at Casso.  Liz has always wanted to be an engineer, attending a high school with an engineering program in her home state of Virginia.  Outside of work, Liz enjoys kayaking coastal rivers, snowboarding, and playing video games.
