Michelle is a Civil Engineer with 15 years of experience in water resources management and design. Her technical background includes water distribution systems, CSO design, stormwater design, design and rehabilitation of parks facilities, and utility coordination. Michelle was the project manager of large water resource projects in her home state of Louisiana that incorporated elements of open channel, dredging, conveyance, and hydraulics. Michelle spent the last 11 years as the owner and operator of a 50-employee seafood processing company that she took over when her father passed away. Michelle is overjoyed to be back in Oregon and back to the engineering world.
