- Construction specifications are often times one of the last design related work products prepared. During the mad-dash to get the project design prepared for construction, important clarifications can be unintentionally overlooked in the specification manual.
  Casso Consulting’s experienced staff proactively seeks to identify and address these important clarifications within the specification manual, working to minimize potential inconsistencies between the plans, specifications, and construction pay item list. Our teamability approach can address construction management interests regarding measurement, payment, and construction quality control. These efforts help achieve the common goal to reduce the potential for construction delays, additional costs, or increased risk to the project design team and owner.
Costs
- Cost estimates prepared by different people are bound to differ – but today’s economy requires more accountability when preparing project estimates. Project owners have limited funding streams and are closely tracking their bottom lines. Casso Consulting’s attention to detail compliments the owner’s goal of increased accountability. Utility Coordination
- Untimely design or relocation by utilities can greatly increase a project’s risk for incurring delays and additional costs, and prescribed notifications do not necessarily minimize those risks.
